I can’t help it. I love reality tv. I love the Kardashians. Sorry if you don’t but I’m all about it. I think they are funny, have great style and the best hair. (I have the worst flat hair. I drool over some great volumized hair.) I thought since I gave an update about Kim and Kris Humphries proposal yesterday that it might be fun to take a look at her engagement ring… and the other 2 fabulous Kardashian rings.
Now I absolutely hate when someone gets engaged and the first thing anyone asks is “What does the ring look like?” or “How big is it?” I think that is absolutely so rude. But I won’t lie, I do love to see people’s rings because jewelry and diamonds are fun and fab but it isn’t the most important thing. The couple, and the marriage, and love are the most important things. (Corny alert. But true.)
But when the rings are celebrity and ridiculously huge it is totally fun to browse. First off, we have Kim’s 20.5 Carat Lorraine Schwartz dazzler. It is made up of a 16.5 carat emerald cut center stone flanked by 2, 2 carat stones. It is rumored to be a $2 Million dollar ring. And it looks like it would be quite heavy…
Now Khloe girl’s ring is simply gorgeous as well. It is 9 carats with a pave band. I dig. Couldn’t find the designer for this one. Anyone out there know or have a guess?
And for those of you who watched KUWTK you saw that Bruce gave Kris a beautiful new ring for their 20th Anniversary. I’m not sure I would ever want a ring as big and beautiful as these because I would be scared of getting mugged. But I mean… I wouldn’t object either.
